Head distiller Mike conceived White Wolf as a concept aimed at introducing captivating and enjoyable flavours exclusively available at the bar, with the intention of gathering feedback and generating fresh ideas for upcoming releases.
Wolfhead will showcase a different flavour and cocktail each month, incorporating the unique white wolf spirit, to provide a dynamic and evolving experience for patrons.

2 oz Ginny (substitute River's End Gin)
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Club Soda
In a Collins glass muddle the berries & simple syrup.
Add your Gin and top with ice and club soda. Garnish with berries.
