Restaurant Re-Opening Plans

In spite of Doug Ford’s announcement, January 20, 2022 with a phased plan for indoor dining, Wolfhead Distillery has decided to hold off on opening our restaurant doors in hopes we will be able to open soon at 100% capacity.  In the meantime, spirits, gifts and more can be purchased in our retail shop, 7-days a week.  Our retail shop is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday-Sunday 12pm-5pm.

Boozy Coffee Whisky Chocolate Chip Cookies

Love Wolfhead Coffee Whisky Liqueur? Love Chocolate Chip Cookies?! These boozy infused Chocolate Chip Cookies are for you!

🍪Boozy Coffee Whisky Chocolate Chip Cookies🍪


2/3 cup melted butter (150 mL)
2 cups lightly packed brown sugar (500 mL)
2 eggs
2 tbsp Coffee Whisky Liqueur (30 mL)
2 2/3 cups flour (650 mL)
1 tsp baking powder (5 mL)
1 tsp baking soda (5 mL)
1/4 tsp salt (1 mL)
1 2/3 cups CHIPITS Milk Chocolate Chips (270 g)

1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In large bowl, beat melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and coffee whisky until smooth.
3. In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into butter mixture until blended.
4. Stir in milk chocolate chips. Drop from small tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool 1 minute; remove to wire rack.

For extra thick cookies, refrigerate the cookie dough for a few hours.  If you’re tight on time, you can technically bake right away, but the cookies will spread more on y0ur cookie sheet.  You can also freeze the cookie dough for later enjoyment.

And the winner is…… AISLIN HENRICKSON!

It was a tasty night of cocktails and Fall themed eats at the Wolfhead Distillery restaurant, October 27th  for our first ever “Fall Mix Off”. Our talented Wolfhead Mixology team each created two Halloween inspired cocktails.

Our new Assistant Distillery, featured on the left, took home the win for her creative and delicious “It’s a Great Pumpkin”, featuring Wolfhead Cinnamon Whisky.

Wolfhead - It's a Great Pumpkin

This hearty yet light cocktail will have you saying “more please”.
2 oz Wolfhead Cinnamon Whisky
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree (from a can)
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
5 dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.  Shake Shake Shake. Pour into a rocks glass and top with ice.

1.5 oz Wolfhead Premium Whisky
0.5 oz Wolfhead Cinnamon Whisky
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Maple Syrup
1 Egg White

In a shaker, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into chilled rocks glass rimmed with magic dust.

Add all ingredients into a mixing shaker with 2 dashes of fresh cinnamon. Pour into rocks glass filled with ice and serve!

Pizza Thursdays

Making a special appearance on the menu, starting November 4th, Wolfhead Pizza can be enjoyed every Thursday 12pm-close.   If you like thin crust and unique toppings, you’ll have to give us a try.  Wolfhead Pizza can be shared by 2 or all to yourself.

Caesar Sundays Are Back!

It’s that time of year again. You’ve been asking and we’ve been listening.   Now that the restaurant is back to full indoor dining capacity and the patio to too chilly to enjoy, we’re bringing back Wolfhead’s popular Caesar Sunday’s early, starting Sunday, November 7th.

Enjoy a “Dim Sum” style menu of Caesar toppings and 2 oz of either Vodka, Gin or Whisky in your Wolf It Caesar.

Great for friends or family looking for a Sunday afternoon treat.  Caesar Sunday’s run 12pm-3pm every Sunday until the Spring.

Our head Chef Amber loves to bake. Her specialty is dessert.  After begging for a few secrets, she shares a twist on her traditional cheesecake, using apples and Wolfhead Fall inspired spirits to wow your family and friends this Thanksgiving.


1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp white sugar
1/4 cup melted butter (unsalted)


2 (8oz) cream cheese packages
1/2 cup white sugar
3 whole eggs
1 oz Wolfhead Cinnamon Whisky
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg


1/4 butter cubed
4 gala apples peeled and large dice
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 oz Apple Caramel Whisky


  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. In a large bowl combine graham crackers, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix till all blended and press into 9” spring form pan, bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese and sugar on medium-high speed until smooth and there are no more lumps. Beat in eggs one at a time mix, well after each egg. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and cinnamon whisky, pour over cooled crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until cheesecake is firm and no longer jiggly.
  4. For the topping melt butter in a frying pan, add apples, lemon juice, and apple caramel whisky. Cook for 5-7 minutes until apples are tender. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until all sugar is dissolved. Let topping come to room temperature then serve over cheesecake.

As of September 22nd, all customers wishing to Dine Indoors will be required to show proof of vaccination as per new Health Canada regulations.  Until the passport app is available, please visit   to download your proof of vaccination papers.  We will keep our patio open as long as weather permits for customers wishing to remain outdoors.  Customers ARE NOT required to show proof of vaccination for outdoor dining or to shop in our retail shop.
