TRY THIS COCKTAIL RECIPE
HOT GIN TODDY
Ingredients:
- 1 litre of apple juice
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 3-4 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks (more for garnish)
- 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg
- 1.5 oz River’s End Gin
Instructions:
- In a saucepan add apple juice, orange juice and spices
- Heat on low for approx. 30 mins, stirring occasionally
- Filter spices and return to pan to keep warm
- Pour 1.5 oz gin into to heatproof mug and top with warmed apple mixture
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice and serve while warm
