DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS – 1 CUP
UNSALTED BUTTER- 1 ¼ CUP
FLOUR – ¼ CUP
SUGAR- ½ CUP
COCOA POWDER – 2 TBLS
BAKING POWDER -1 1/3 TSP
BANANA CARAMEL VODKA – 2 TBLS
WHOLE LARGE EGGS – 2
EGG YOLKS – 2
EGG WHITES -2
STEPS:
- Melt chocolate and 1 cup of butter in a double boiler
- Cream together sugar and the rest of butter till smooth
- Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add whole egg, egg yolks and add coffee whisky to butter mixture
- Gradually add dry ingredients until smooth
- Whip egg whites till they form soft peaks
- Fold egg whites into flour mixture. Stir melted chocolate into mixture
- Then portion 4oz into each of your ramekins
- Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
