What happens when you add a splash of Wolfhead Coffee Whisky Liqueur to your classic chocolate chip cookie recipe? Pure magic. The coffee notes deepen the flavour and add a touch of warmth that makes these cookies truly special.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Wolfhead Coffee Whisky Liqueur
  • 2 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 2/3 cups milk chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, eggs, and Coffee Whisky Liqueur until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into the wet mixture.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips. Drop dough by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, cool, and enjoy with a glass of Coffee Whisky on ice.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup espresso powder
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Wolfhead Coffee Whisky Liqueur

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the flour, baking soda, espresso powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs, and Coffee Whisky until smooth. Slowly add the dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and scoop onto baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then cool and serve.

3. Cinnamon Whisky French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices thick-cut bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Wolfhead Cinnamon Whisky
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup for serving

Directions:

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, Cinnamon Whisky, cinnamon, and sugar in a shallow dish.
  2. Dip the bread slices in the mixture, making sure both sides are coated.
  3. Fry in a buttered skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg
