Mix 1oz Premium Whisky, 1oz Vanilla Almond Biscotti, 1/2oz maple syrup into a cup of coffee. Top with whipped cream.

WOLFHEAD MANHATTAN
In a rocks glass, add 2oz of Premium Whisky, 1/4oz cherry simple syrup, 1/2oz Red Vermouth, and a few dashes of aromatic bitters. Add some ice, and add an orange slice for a garnish.

LAVENDER WHISKY SOUR
Start in a shaker, add in 2oz lemonade, 1oz lavendar syrup, 2oz Premium Whisky, 1 egg white and shake. Add ice and shake rigorously for 15 seconds. Strain and garnish with a lavender sprig.
