Barrel Aged Gin

Blueberry Gin Sour

Start by muddling a handful of blueberries in a shaker. Add 1 oz each of Barrel Aged Gin, River’s End Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup, plus 1 egg white. Shake vigorously without ice for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled glass, garnish with blueberries or a lemon twist, and enjoy your Blueberry Gin Sour!

BARREL AGED NEGRONI

Combine 1 ounce of barrel-aged gin
1 ounce of CamparI
1 ounce of sweet vermouth
in a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with a dried orange slice.

1 ounce of gin barrel aged Gin 1/2 ounce of lemon juice, and 2 dashes of simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled, then strain the mixture into a flute. Top with 2 ounces of Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist

GIN MANHATTAN

Start by filling a mixing glass with ice. Pour in 2 oz of barrel-aged gin, followed by 1 oz of sweet vermouth and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Stir the mixture thoroughly for about 30 seconds until it's nicely chilled. Next, strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass or over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish your creation with a maraschino cherry or an orange twist for that perfect finishing touch.
