1. Grapefruit Mojito

This citrusy twist on the classic mojito is sure to become your new summer favorite. The vibrant grapefruit notes pair beautifully with fresh mint and lime for a refreshing burst of flavor.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Wolfhead Grapefruit Vodka
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• Lime slice
• Grapefruit slice
• Fresh mint
• Club soda

Instructions:

1. In a glass, muddle the grapefruit vodka, simple syrup, lime slice, grapefruit slice, and fresh mint.
2. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
3. Stir gently and garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit.

1. Muddle the whisky, peach schnapps, peach slices, and peach syrup in a shaker.
2. Add black tea and ice, then shake well.
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with ginger ale.
4. Garnish with additional peach slices.
