Begin your tasting with our Premium Vodka, a pure and smooth spirit that sets the stage for the flavors to come. Our vodka is wheat-based, distilled seven times, and filtered through charcoal for ultimate clarity. The limestone from the Amherstburg quarry is used to treat the water in the mashing process, giving it a distinct, clean finish.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear with a light aroma of fruit blossoms. It starts with a touch of sweetness, transitions into a hint of almond, and finishes warm and quick.

How to Enjoy: Sip it neat or on the rocks to appreciate its clarity and smoothness. If you prefer, try it in a classic cocktail like a Vodka Martini or a Vodka Tonic.

Now, let’s move on to the star of the show, our Premium Whisky. This 40% ABV whisky is a blend of 5 rye and a 3-year-old corn mix, aged in American white oak and French oak barrels. Over the years, our whisky loses 5% of its alcohol to the aging process due to evaporation, which results in a richer, more concentrated flavor.

Tasting Notes: Round and deep with notes of oaked vanilla, toffee, and an underlying rye spice.

How to Enjoy: Sip it neat to fully appreciate the complex flavors, or with a drop of water to open up the aroma.

Finally, complete your tasting with our Gin. This spirit is a refreshing conclusion to the tasting experience, offering a mix of botanicals that refresh the palate after the richness of the whiskies.

Next, move on to the Grapefruit Vodka. This flavored vodka is 35% ABV and offers a refreshing twist on our classic vodka with 100% natural grapefruit peel extract.

Tasting Notes: Colourless with an intense grapefruit peel aroma. It tastes of sweet and zesty pink grapefruit, with mild tartness balanced by the clean vodka base.

How to Enjoy: Serve chilled or over ice. It's perfect in a simple cocktail like a Grapefruit Vodka Soda or even mixed with a splash of cranberry juice.

Now, let's take a break from the stronger spirits with our Ready-to-Drink Cosmo. This cocktail is made with our Grapefruit Vodka and natural cranberry and lime flavors. At 12.5% ABV, it's light and refreshing.

Tasting Notes: Tart cranberry and lime with the underlying sweetness of grapefruit vodka.

As we transition into the whiskeys, start with the Apple Caramel Whisky. This 36% ABV whisky combines natural red delicious apple extracts with caramel for a sweet and tart experience.

Tasting Notes: The scent is strong with red delicious apple, subtle buttery caramel, and brown sugar. The taste balances sweet caramel with crisp apple.

How to Enjoy: This whisky is delicious neat or on the rocks. It’s also excellent in an autumn-inspired cocktail like an Apple Caramel Old Fashioned.

The Cinnamon Whisky brings a spicy warmth to the tasting. At 31% ABV, it’s sweet with a kick of cinnamon.
